La Mer 2

La Mer 2 is a self-catering ground-floor apartment located in a secure complex just 200 m from Margate main beach.

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, a ceiling fan, and an en suite with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom contains twin single beds and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom contains a double bed and a ceiling fan. These two rooms share a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The dining room features a six-seater dining table. The spacious living area boasts DStv, and a ceiling fan. Sea views can be enjoyed from the patio, which also features a portable charcoal braai.

Guests are welcome to make use of the complex swimming pool. The complex offers secure access with a remote gate. A secure undercover parking bay is provided.
