Lovely two-bedroom self-catering apartment with a large patio and stunning sea-view. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment is situated around 100m from Margates Main Beach, Olympic-sized swimming pool, kiddies pools, water slides and Fun World. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other entertainment facilities. No need to use your vehicle and no hassle finding parking either.
The apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD player, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, fans, washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery for your self-catering needs. Linen is supplied. Beach and bath towels not supplied.

The patio features a built-in Braai/BBQ, garden furniture and a bed to relax on outside while enjoying the beautiful view.

The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds.

The open-plan kitchen/lounge area is equipped with a TV with M-Net and DSTV connection is available with guests' own smart card and decoder (so bring those along).

Secure under cover parking with remote controlled gate in the basement of the building is provided for two vehicles or one vehicle with a trailer. Parking is included in the price.

The unit is situated on the 3rd floor of the building with an elevator running from the parking area of the building.

"Dirty and noisy"

"This apartment was a total disappointment! The place was so dirty and filthy and very ill equipped. We found rotten onions in one of the kitchen cupboards, the kitchen dustbin was full of cigarette buds the bedding was dirty and had not been changed and everything was just greasy and unpleasant. The cutlery and crockery was a joke, completely under equipped. We would have also liked to be informed that this flat is situated right between 3 nightclubs, the noise was overwhelming until 3am from Thursday-Sunday. We all left feeling very sleep deprived and looking forward to a clean shower and fresh bed back at home. Never again..."

"We had a wonderful time. The flat were neat and well equipped. Everything we need in our daily life were available. The bonus was the walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to my friends and family."

"Very central and comfortable flat in Margate, the flat is well equipped and has everything you need even beds on the balcony. It's spacious and you can walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Definately value for money! If you are one to party all night this is the place for you because the music doesn't stop until 4 in the morning, take your earplugs with! Thank you we had a fantastic holiday, no need to look for parking everyday!"
