Boardwalk 207 is a spacious apartment located in the Boulevard Apartment block on the Margate Beachfront. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for six people. Guests can see the main Margate Beach from the apartment and is just a short walk away.

This spacious apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living space. Guests can also relax in the lounge area with a flat-screen TV and DStv connection. For DStv viewing guest need to bring their own decoder and smart card. The lounge has a ceiling fan for the warm summer days. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and a stove with an under-counter oven. We provide all cutlery and crockery.

The main living area leads out through glass doors onto an enclosed balcony with braai faclities. Guests can enjoy expansive views of the swimming pool, beach and ocean from the balcony. We provide parking in the basement for guests vehicles.

"Absolute dissatisfaction"

"First of all, I booked Boardwalk but I didn't stay there. I paid the full amount well in advance but a few days I called Petro from adventure accomodation who I was dealing with to confirm my holiday she told me that the apartment was sold and she got another place for us, Walkabout 201. When we got there we were very unhappy, we booked a 3 bedroom and Boardwalk was right on the beach with beautiful views. Walkabout was 2 bedroom, and the place was dirty and the shower and toilet leaked. The amount that was paid was not ideal for a place like that. Also the agent who let's out Walkabout didn't know that we were there and she said she is the only agent that let's the place out and the owners also didn't know we were there. This is not the first time we have been conned by holiday agents when booking through safarinow. It happened last Dec as well when we booked a place for a week and was moved somewhere else which was in a bad condition compared to the one that we have initially booked"
