Anchorage South Coast

Main house and lovely 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom self catering ground-floor garden cottages - most with small fully enclosed private garden and all with private braais. The main house can sleep up to 10 adults and 2 kids. The property is well secured (including electric fencing linked to armed response ), clean and quiet at night.
There is ample secured under-cover parking. With a fenced swimming and a baby pool, plus a jungle gym & a bunny hutch this is an ideal family venue.
Pensioner and group rates can be negotiated; all families are welcome and pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Anchorage is not suited as a loud adult party venue (no loud music/unreasonable disturbances permitted at any hour). All units have flat screen color TV's with OpenView HD decoders (2 x movie channels, cartoon channel, TV 1, 2, 3, E, etc). A Dstv connection is available should you wish to bring your decoder, card, remote & cables. Our system does not support the new HD decoders in which case a complimentary DVD player with a selection of movies is available if requested in advance. There are fans in all the bedrooms as well as in the lounges. Nearby activities include numerous renowned golf courses, mini golf, go-carting, deep sea fishing, and visits to Croc World, the Wild Coast Casino, endless restaurants, shops, malls, and one stunning beach after the other. The Wild Coast Sun Casino and Water World are only a 30-minute drive away. The Margate airport is about a 15 minutes drive away.

"The photos were much nicer than the reality. The place was adequate but "well used". The fridge, although set on maximum never got cold merely cool. The stove plates only warmed never getting really hot which made cooking difficult. The TV kept going on the blink. We have stayed in far better for less and will not be returning"

"We have been going to the South Coast for years, and this was the first year we took our dog with us. Very nervous about how the pet friendly set up would look, I was so excited and surprised when I saw how safe, secure, clean and overall welcome our little unit was!! It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend this accommodation to anybody wanting to go down to the Coast for a few days and not have to worry that their dogs can get out. Will definitely go back!"

"It was more than fantastic. When we got there, the place was spotless, just as promised and we left it same way. It was quiet, which is what we were actually looking for.
