Waterside Living - Martinique Cove 38

Martinique Cove 38 is a lovely self-catering first floor unit, ideally situated on the waterway of Marina Martinique, which is a secure complex. Nestled on the edge of the waterway, this cosy unit has a magnificent view of the waterway.

The unit can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is an outside room with a bunk bed that is ideal for teenagers. There is also a guest bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is a six-seater wooden dining table and chairs. The lounge area includes a TV with DStv capability, should guests wish to bring their own decoder, smart card and cable. The living room leads out through glass sliding doors onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and braai facilities.

While enjoying a braai on the balcony in the afternoon or a cup of coffee early morning, guests will unwind in the tranquil atmosphere of the Marina Martinique while breathing in the fresh air of the Marina. There is a communal pool in the complex and under cover parking is provided. This is just the place to come and relax and to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
