• "Enjoyable stay in the bush"

    09 March 2015

    "
Our very first trip to Marloth Park and we loved every moment. The house and all utensils (kitchen well stocked) were very clean and more than adequate. An outside refuse bin close to the house would be advantageous, especially over weekends when the butler / cleaner does not attend to the house. We enjoyed the braai area overlooking the waterhole a very convenient spot to watch game up-close. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding clean and very neat. Unfortunately we did not see the bush babies for some reason. We will surely make use of this venue again in the near future.

Willie du Toit

Establishment Response:

There is a bin outside that is picked up by the municipality.

"

  • "Expected more"

    14 January 2014

"They ran out of gas and we had to take cold showers. Expected more for the price.

Establishment's response

In the e-mail sent to you before you arrived at Bushbaby Eden you were supplied with 4 contact numbers that you could phone if you had any problems. You only contacted us on the 20th of December and within 2 hours a new gas bottle was delivered at our home therefore I cannot understand how it could be possible that you had cold showers or why you did not immediately let us know about the problem? There is a shortage of gas in Marloth Park and therefore we may not have 2 gas bottles refilled at a time. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Kind regards,Bushbaby Eden"
