"I would imagine that all the rooms are the same. If so, they need to be revamped considering the daily rate of R869.00 per night I paid."

"Where do I begin? The place was dirty and mouldy. The bathroom was full of black mould. Complaints to the owner were shot down and he will tell you that you're aggressive and you as the customer do not know what you're talking about. I walked out with bite marks all over my feet. We left 2 days after we arrived there. Please do not consider going there.

Establishment response:

Where do I begin? The place was not dirty floors were clean, if it was dirty it is because of the people
that occupied the unit and the mould was the silicone that coloured, which happens at the sea as
they will soon experience it moving to the south coast. The owner ( my husband) did not as she said
shot Down he was very calm but the husband was aggressive. The bite marks on her feet is
probably from their dog because I had people before and after them in the unit and they did not
complain at all. I had to send the carpet to the dry cleaners because it smelled like dog. They left 2
days after they arrived, if I was not there they would have left without notifying us (that is bad).
They did not book for a dog and lucky I have reserved the unit that we use for pets.
The first day we could not clean the unit because of the dog that has been left alone in the unit. I
spoke to them (the husband and Lizette) the afternoon and they seemed happy. I feel if there was a
problem why did they not talk to me they had more than 1 opportunity.
The 2nd day I phoned Lizette to ask if we can please clean the unit that day as we did not clean it the
previous day because they asked us not to and also we wanted to replace the towels. She said (very
friendly) that it is fine her husband will be back at 4. I told her my maid works until 3pm but I will
not be in and will ask her to look out for him and ask if she can clean the unit. She said they do not
need towels. The afternoon while I was busy with someone she just stormed towards me and gave
me the keys, I asked her if they are leaving she mumbled ja ons is nie happy nie I tried to phone
her 3 times but she did not answer my call, my husband also tried to phone and eventually he got an
answer but she gave the phone to her husband, which immediately was aggressive, my husband was
very calm and said that he must not be so aggressive, he answered you do not know what is
aggressive My husband once again said just explain to me what the problem is. He said that the
shower was dirty (which was not it was the silicone that was coloured). We are in the business for
13 years and our guests reviews in our guest book is all good reviews.

"
