Splashy Fun

Splashy Fun is situated just 500 metres from Melville Beach. It is between Hibberdene and Port Shepstone, and offers guests beautiful beaches ideal for both walking and snorkelling. The self-catering home comprises three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is furnished with a double and two bunk beds.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower control only and the other two rooms share a bathroom that has a shower. Aircon is available in the lounge and main bedroom but a levy applies. Linen is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels. Two extra mattresses are also available if needed. The lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a 40 inch TV with DStv access, but guests need to bring their own smart card. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a doubled-door fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Other features include undercover patio with built-in barbecue facilities and wind-protection, swimming pool, snooker table and secure off-street parking. The swimming pool has Jacuzzi jets, a net and is fully enclosed. The property is fenced and the gate is remote controlled.

Guests can enjoy various water sports as well as bird watching, as the banana trees and vegetation attracts a variety of local birds. Various tidal pools can be found along the beach, while golfers will be spoilt for choice with a choice of seven golf courses in the area. Guests can also visit a number of game reserves nearby.
