This face brick double storey house offers 1 twin room with bathroom and 1 Queen room(for a family ) are located in Brooks Street, just off Lynnwood Road in Menlo Park and easy to find from the N1 highway. The Hillcrest shopping centre is within walking distance with a Dischem, Woolworths Food, Pick and Pay, Clicks, various coffee shops, and The University of Pretoria and all the student accommodation. The well known Performer Theatre is also located in Menlo Park. The house is secured and has safe parking. The Guest House is stylishly decorated with a TV in two rooms. Tea- and coffee-making facilities and small fridge is available. The rooms are located on the top floor of the house which is very private for guests. Bus point to Hatfield Gautrain station, 500 meters from guesthouse. It is also close to the following places: Hatfield; Menlyn Shopping Centre; Brooklyn Mall; CSIR; Menlopark shopping centre; Hoerskool Menlo Park; Laerskool Menlo Park; Loftus Versfeld, Girls and Boys high school is not very far away.

    "Very neat quiet B & B. Kobie is such a sweet lady. The breakfast was so good and well presented. Will definately see me again. Only in the bathroom when you flush the toilets, it makes a real loud noise, maybe because it is old? We had a lovely stay. Thank you so much."

    "I stayed for 3 nights at Kobie's Hillrcest B&B. She is such a sweet and lovely lady who offered to drive me to class daily as I didn't have a car ata the last minute. The room is large, comfortable and cosy. Kobie is very accommodating. The only downside is that the bathroom for the green room is not en-suite, it is just outsdie the door. Apart from that it was lovely and well priced. Thanks Kobie"
