balcony.

Feel the cool Atlantic breeze off the azure ocean as you enjoy your evening cocktails at Leisure Bay Beach Bistro, or take a long leisurely stroll along Milnerton beach, or soak up the sun and cool off at one of our two swimming pools located on the Leisure Bay front lawn. The magnificent backdrop of Table Mountain and the sounds of the Atlantic waves crashing on the beach forms an ideal, soothing ambiance.

Our apartment accommodation is fully furnished for self-catering stays and, being located on the top floor, offers the best views possible at Leisure Bay. Guests have access to two Leisure Bay swimming pools, nearby restaurants and bar at Lagoon Beach, and on-site coin-operated laundromat. For guests' peace of mind, there are 24-hour security guards, as well as secure off-street parking. TV with DStv Compact is also offered as a

standard feature.

Cape Town CBD and the V&A Waterfront are merely 8 km down the highway, and the finest restaurants and boutiques are within a few minutes' drive. Enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Milnerton Golf Course or shop until you drop at Century City, conveniently located only 5 km away.

Apartment features include; a double bed (137cm) in the bedroom, built-in cupboards, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer and digital combination safe. All cutlery, crockery, linen and towels are supplied. There is a separate shower cubicle and bath and bathroom, Patio furniture to enjoy dining on the balcony while enjoying the views, Once-per-week housekeeping for stays of eight nights or longer (additional housekeeping can be arranged for additional cost), appliances include refrigerator/freezer, oven and stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and steam iron and board. The complex features secure off-street parking in your own reserved bay

"The apartment is safe and clean. At night sometimes loud as a train passes by. In the apartment everything is available what you need. The drive to Cape Town often takes a long time due to the traffic. What is very bad about this apartment - no Wi-Fi not possible in the area. That's too bad."

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit groem Balkon und einem fantastischen Blick auf den Tafelberg und die Stadt,nicht zu vergessen natrlich auch direkter Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und man hat alles was man braucht.Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefhlt,es ist sehr gemtlich. Das Preisleistungsverhlnis ist super. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder im Shoppingcenter. Ich komme immer wieder, der tolle Strand ldt zu langen Spaziergngen ein. Vielen Dank fr die sehr gute Organisation von Safarinow und Mario,der zu jeder Zeit erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung hat 5 Sterne verdient,der beste Platz in Kapstadt. "The apartment we stayed at was in a terrific location with a view to die for of the ocean and Table Mountain. The space and layout were perfect but the interior unfortunately was not. The couch was a sleeping couch which you fell through when made up as a couch. The bed was very very hard and the iron blew up the fuses when plugged in. The swimming pools and restaurant were both good."
