• "Tired but peaceful"

  "Umklewu is a nice place for a few days but at the lodge itself there is really nothing to do. The chalets are rather tired (with torn curtains in our kitchen) but comfortable. The outside shower walls were dirty and the TV (in the one bedroom) as no lounge! with DSTV turned out to be 1 movie channel,cartoon network and Super sport 2. Freddy who is in charge is excellent and totally hands on. Becareful if a function is on at the lodge as you feel you are there on the dance floor when in bed!. Will we go back......no, I think you can get far better value elsewhere."

  "What an experience, not only were we looked after like family, never was our needs ignored or our requests not adhered to and dinner was absolutely stunning so were the quality of the rooms, bedding etc."

  "We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Accommodation was very good and rooms were spotless. Breakfast is included and we chose to dine in each night. Kenny the chef was wonderful and all the staff were very helpful. We learned a lot about wildlife so many thanks to Pieter and Adrienne."

  "I enjoyed staying at your Lodge, its nice and private, but can you please have hot pool in future and more activitise, cause i belive that we come to holidays to enjoy. And for self catering we need more pots, so we can cook, you only had one small pots."
