  "The place's management was well-organized for late arrivals like the one we experienced and it was a joy to overnight there. The only minor negative was that our unit lacked some very minor maintenance like creaking doors (which I oiled) and a bedside light broken in a way which prevented me from sitting in bed."

  "I have stayed @Marula on several ocassions and the standard has never slipped. It is a nice quiet quaint place great for short stays.<br />The rooms are spacious with huge showers and are all well maintained."

  "<p><p>The bar next door is a potential downfall of your establishment. We were in room 4 and its like we were right on the stage of the bar. Positive is that the place is well located and easy to find. the room was adequate with all essential basic needs. Just that the shower needs some TLC of handy andy and domestos.</p><p>I would probably say I would recommend to friends and possibly book here again, but the noise we were subjected to (from the bar) after spending close to 5 hours on the road, was a definite negative I am very much skeptical. As well as the only email I got from Louise almost made me cancel my booking. </p><p>Her response to my enquiry was met with such hostility I must say I am was really disappointed I went with Marula as I was desperate for accommodation. A simple hello at the beginning of the email goes a long way for customer service!</p></p>"

  "Brilliant central location, handy for shopping, eating and drinking. Helpful and friendly in the office. In retrospect, perhaps not what we personally wanted for a long term stay, but only because there was nowhere to sit out in the evening. This would not be a problem for the usual transient guest."
