  "Called the owner Jacques to explain to him what is the reason for me canceling but he refuse to help me saying I never read the refund clause. R2000 gone down the drain explained over n over but still he refused so good luck on him and his Game Lodge that does not even have towel maybe he can buy some now that he stole somebody's R2000"

  "We really enjoyed the privacy, the fireplace, the wild animals around us. The place is fairly well equipped, but definitely needs maintenance attention, i.e. broken tap in the kitchen, broken tiles, etc. I was under the impression that every bedroom is air-condition, which I consider to be a must for the kind of heat one experiences in the area. The Jacuzzi was initially not working and stayed cold when it came on. The availability of house cleaning services is appreciated, although it should be made clear to customers and the cleaning staff what it entails."

  "I loved the fact that there was no tv. So couples get to bond and families get to spend so family time together. It's extremely THERAPEUTIC my kids and I had a great time playing games, swimming and just making jokes laughing. Definitely going back."

  "-there was no hand soap ,hand towel,no TV,IIf you can improve the bedding its too dark to relax on it. It ws having dirty sports i luckly I have my own sheets to put on the bed.You can not relax while you have to clean the house and washing dishes at the same time you tell yourself that you are in holiday.at least sat you can clean for us. If you can communicate with the guest through SMS about the get together that was in the pool at night really it was good.if we did not go there we were not gonna know. I think you mst consider to put more TV so that everyone can have access on the channel we wanna look.coz we all waiting for 1 TV others want ruby others soccer."

  "Nice, quite setting. No hot swimming pool, even thought they confirmed there was one. General maintenance bad. In winter no blankets available upon arrival. Staff residences hired out to public..not a place I would recommend"

  "We had a wonderful stay with my family. And its nice place to relax and so quiet. The staff was so friendly and will recommend that to my friends. But if they can have Tv on the rooms especially for the kids it will be a bonus."

  "the facilities are basic and rustic but very comfortable and clean. things missing like towels, toaster, broom or hand brush, 3 comfy chairs in a 4 sleeper (fine for the 2 of us! management were very friendly and accommodating."

  "This game self catering game lodge is so self catering not only did we have to opened the entrance gate for yourself, you have to create your own entertainment as there is nothing to do on the premisses all the activities they advertised was available at a near by farm or lodge at an extra cost as well. This vacation cost me R7000 only accomadation. It got so depressing that we checked out after 2 days."

  "It was not wow but ok if you want to just rest. Things that I think can improve. Fridge to small. No toaster. Only 1 pillow per person. Had to ask for more. Braai light not working. Had no bulbs. The pool table and table tennis not properly equipped. No liquor license as yet. What I can say, is people very friendly and staff helpfull. Very peacefull."
