"We are Australian and stayed at Goble Palms during the 2010 World Cup. Despite being busy, Lionel always had time for us. He suggested day trips, organised taxis and even suggested and booked accommodation for us in Joburg! It is a beautiful guest house and the breakfast was amazing. It is also in the best location - just around the corner from restaurants, Billy the Bums (a great pub) and a short drive to Florida Rd. We would definitely stay here again!"

Even though we returned very late from our night out, we had overslept slightly, so we thought that we would miss breakfast. This was not the case as the times indicated for breakfast was only a guideline. All in all i would say that i would definitely visit the establishment again. "

"Goble Palms is conveniently situated and easy to find.This was our second stay here Both Leanne and Lionel made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were offered scones to take with us on our day out.The only small problem was a lack of parking space but this was sorted out daily by Lionel.The staff were friendly and helpful.Generally our experience was excellent and we would definitely stay here again."
