A large spacious studio located on the Mouille Point beach front (near V & A Waterfront) and consists of an open plan maple/stainless steel and granite kitchen with eating counter (fully equipped), a marble bathroom with large walk in shower, queen size ironwood sleeper bed, lounge area with game leather furniture, dstv plasma tv, dvd and mini-hifi. The apartment has suspended jarrah wooden flooring, ceiling fan/heater and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. There is a secure undercover parking with the unit.

Located on the Mouille Point Platinum Mile Sea Front. The building is situated a few hundred meters from the Cape Town Stadium and walking distance to the V & A Waterfront, and Restaurants. A short drive to the Convention Centre, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches and the City Centre.
