08 December 2013"We booked an ocean view twin room for two nights on a business trip. What we got was a sleeper couch, a sliding door that literally fell out on us and a dead roach on the bathroom floor. The room was extremely noisy - so much so that I didn't get any sleep thanks to the rattling and shaking of the 3 sliding doors. Definitely not equipped for even the mild wind we had that evening. We checked out a day early and moved to a far nicer (and cheaper) boutique hotel a couple of blocks away."
