This beautiful apartment is situated on the Platinum Mile of Mouille Point's beachfront. Mouille Point is only 1.5 km away from the V&A Waterfront and a few minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town with its vibrant Long Street, trendy Kloof Street and many museums and galleries.

Apartment One consists of a small kitchenette with bar fridge, hob, microwave, griller unit, washing machine etc. A passage leads to a bright lounge/dining area with stunning views onto Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit has an underground parking bay. Includes unlimited wifi and compact DSTV.

The building has communal washer & dryer. The eclectic mix of delis, hair salons, spas and boutiques give Mouille Point a flavour of its own. The added attractions of the golf course, the seaside promenade and the sport and sailing clubs based on the nearby Common have made Mouille Point a sought-after location in Cape Town. Step out of the building where you are right opposite the sea, watch stunning sunsets, walk to the V & A Waterfront or weekend markets, or just stroll along the endless promenade.

"We wanted to enjoy the beachfront for walks & also be close to the Waterfront with all the amenities. Green Point park is also close by and of course several of our favourite restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean, bright & fully equipped and we were happy to have underground secure parking. Enjoyed having the view of Table Mountain etc, rather than the sea as with the hot weather, the flat was cool."

"Stayed at Sandringham from 18-29 Oct 2013. Flat was clean, neat and extremely cosy! It has everything you could possibly need. Situated in a beautiful area and the view of Table Mountain was the cherry on top! Parking is very safe and the building is very well maintained. Nicole is such a wonderful, accommodating host. Will definitely come stay again."
