20 on Dixton is a charming self catering guest house in Mowbray close to the University of Cape Town and on the Jamie shuttle route. It is 13 km from the airport and 6 km from the City Business District.
The guest house has six en-suite rooms with bar fridges and free tea and coffee facilities and free wi-fi. With use of the common self catering kitchen and outside common garden and patio areas.
There is secure parking available on site. We also have a small garden studio self catering with own kitchenette and full use of the main kitchen with all appliances.

14 December 2015"On arrival we were greeted by the cleaning lady, not introducing herself. I asked where I may check in and she asked which room I booked. I told her the garden cottage and she told me I was booked in in room 6 after which I told her no, I booked the garden cottage so she accompanied me to there. WhenI got there a man said that he booked the cottage and thecleaning lady was not sure where he was suppose to sleep. No one came totell me that the doublebooking was resolved or what happened.The door mat was dirty. I opened the bachelor kitchen cupboard and found that the two cups provided was dirty. The one glass still has water in it from the previous guests. The cottage was dusty and no clean. There was ants in the bathroom. The bathroom light did not work and when I went to go and get someone to help me, no one was available. When we left Sunday morning no one was there to check us out and I left the key in the unlocked drop box provided."

Pleasantly surprised on arrival, exactly what we needed. Nat, Tidy, comfortable, cosy, private and all the amenities that were needed. Also conveniently located. Made our stay that much easier.
