  "Loved - Pool & Beach access (walking distance to the beach & you can Drive to alternative beaches like Catalina & Hibberdene). Quiet & safe. Nice big, well kept yard. Place is very neat & comfortable. Very homely. Kitchen well equipped, everything was provided, alot of fridge & freezer space (no oven).Improvement - Was clean but could do with a thorough spring clean! (kitchen & bathrooms).Had a lovely stay & would definitely return.Well worth the money spent. I would recommend to others."

  "First time here and absolutely loved it a real fisher man's dorpie. If you want to spend family time with out any busy mall's then then this is the place to be.Kids loved the space and the garden. Very private and so quite. Beach are amazing.Thank you Steve for all the help and extras you did for us you are a great host and we will recommend Peace of Paradise to every one. Will definitely come again ."

  "Place needs to be revamped. We have been visiting the south coast for nearly 35 years twice a year. We looked for accomodation closer to margate and wild coast over the years. We stayed at very good resorts.the pic was deceiving depicting a lovely swimming pool. The pool was at the bottom of resort and not in a neat sorrounding. The extra beds not use able especially the one on top floor. The legs were broken could not be used. Only plus factor it was far away from main road it was peaceful. Good for fishermen."

  "Lovely cottage and well equipped and near to the beach. The gate was broken though. The cottage was also still being cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait outside until 14:45 as the cleaner was still busy and all the chairs was outside."

  "With in Walking distance to the beach and a secure complex which allowed the kids to cycle. It was a great place to unwind, watch the birds and relax. The quietness was really welcomed."

  "Positive:- located in quiet safe walled complex with security company on duty during the night. Clean and well-equipped.Negative:- Could do with some maintenance, e.g. wall socket next to bed downstairs is loose - lamp doesn't workCouch leg broken in lounge.Met a local resident in Mtwalume who advised that we do not go onto the beach due to recent criminal activity.Area looks to be somewhat run-down."

  "What a great time we had at Peace of Paradise. We enjoyed each and every minute of our stay there, the apartment is fully equipped with everything that you can think of. The place is neat, beautiful, peaceful. To our surprise there were even board games, we kept ourselves busy with different kind of games (solitaire, chess, monopoly, dominos, etc). Would also like to thank Katie who welcomed us and showed us the place around, she is such a sweetheart. Thank you so much Steve, keep up the good work. We are definitely coming back for our next holiday"

  "We had a wonderful time in your cottage, we loved every moment of it, and so did our dogs! The beach was beautiful, and the walks breathtaking. Naomi loved swimming in the tidal pool and looking for shells. Donovan enjoyed the couple of fishing attempts he had, all in all a wonderful time had by all. Thank you.   "The house is not looked after, there is dust everywhere. It seemed like there has been no bookings for that house in a long time, Looking at the state of the house when we arrive. No entertainment, I brought my own dstv card but I couldn't use it because of the messed up connection wires. Steve must revamp his place, otherwise it could be a nice relaxing apartment. We enjoyed swimming, the pool was clean and the sea is closer."

  "My husband and I had a fantastic break at Peace of Paradise. The setting is rural and beautiful, but one does not feel vulnerable. The house was quaint and I really liked the family touches. We played tennis and swam in the tidal pool. The view along the coast from the beach is breathtaking. We were very lucky and thankful for the late cancellation. "

The cosy little garden with its huge trees was a wonderful concert hall for birds singing all day long!Security is very good. The only'danger' we faced was actually a bonus: the monkeys visited us twice a day! They kept to the roof and trees, though. The lagoon is beautiful, and the whole setup is romantic and tranquil."
