  "I loved the fact that the apartment was fully furnished and the complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt even chicken spice. The owner put R100 prepaid electricity and even after 7 nights I didn't have to pay a cent more for utilities. The apartment offered us a home away from home (Jhb) which made our stay even more memorable. Not to mention the 100m walk to the beach! That really made our Cape Town seaside holiday. Thanks Gaamiem!"

  "Our unit was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, station and within walking distance of St James and Kalk Bay and we even walked to Fish Hoek and back. Safe parking was a bonus. A couple of things need to be attended to e.g. a window that did not lock (we felt rather insecure) and broken blinds. The side entrance was in need of attention as the sliding door did not lock from the outside, only the security gate did. Electricity was pre-paid and we would have to buy more if we ran out. Luckily we had enough as we kept turning off the geyser."

  "I had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. Pretty much everything you needed was there and I felt at home very quickly. The location is great,as mentioned in previous posts, the beach is right roundirection the corner from the building (30 second walk). The area also seems quite secure which I was really happy about. There are also great restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, as well as a supermarket. There is also a train station within a 5 minute walk where you can get a train directly to cape town. the location is absolutely perfect (in my opinion). Because you're at the back of the building it's not too loud and the locals are friendly. The apartment itself was bright, modern and comfortable. Gaamiem was also really friendly and helpful, and even went out of his way to help with issues I had that nothing to do with the apartment. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend staying here...I know I will be going back :)"

  "<strong>The best place in Muizenberg.</strong><div>We had such a great time. The apartment had everything you needed, and Gaamien soon sorted out any problems we had quickly. A bright airy apartment, with plenty of space. We had some guests to stay as well.</div><div>The apartment block is literally across the road from the beach and has fingerprint security. The beach and town are fantastic, with lots of eating places and coffee shops that compliment the easy going surfing community. The train station is 200mtr away and there are regular trains to Cape Town; don't forget to pop into the pizza place at the back of the station for excellent pizza's. I highly recommend This apartment at surfers corner.</div>"

  "My husband and I had a great stay here! We enjoyed bring right at Muizenberg beach for surf sessions, within walking distance of the mountain, The Good Bakery (GREAT breakfast spot!) and Empire Cafe (a must-go for dinner!, and close to the train station. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished for cooking all our meals. Gaamiem was also quick to respond via email/text if we had a question or concern. Thanks for the stay and hope to see you soon!"

  "The best thing about this hotel is that it is situated right at the beach. It is a perfect place for surfers. Just 10 meters away you can find a couple of surfing shops with rentals and lessons. The apartment itself is newly renovated, looks fresh and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil you may need. There is underground free parking for guests which is really comfortable if you have a car because it is not safe to leave it outside at night. the neighborhood isn't too friendly, so I wouldn't go out at night and there's nothing else to do in Muizenberg but for surfing or being on the beach so you may need a car after all. 200 meters away there's a train station that would take you to Cape Town any time. My apartment was on the ground floor, so you'd better consider some other choices because it is not safe to leave windows open at any time. but for the rest we had a holiday of our lives. I would recommend this hotel to those who want to indulge in the sun and to surf. Be prepared that your apartment can belong to a private person and in this case you won't receive any bill or other confirmation of payment- which was our case."
