Downstairs en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and two single beds. This unit also includes a washing machine. There is a main air-conditioned living area with open-plan including lounge, dining room, and kitchen spaces. Kitchen has gas stove with electric oven, fridge, microwave, and breakfast nook with high chairs seating five. Lounge has large couch and three extra chairs, DStv. Dining room area large dining table seats six.

Note: the property is not fenced but has a laser beam alarm system that surrounds the entire house. There is 24 hour security and tenants are provided with remote control to arm the system. A security company will arrive if the alarm goes off.
