  "Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with our room the aircon did not work and was only fixed on the second last day before we left so the room was very hot. As well as the electrician or technician was very rude and abrupt. Overall stay was just OK."

  "It felt like home.Im going back on the 08/10/2016. Whenever Im in Durban I will stay at Mandulo guest house.<br/><br/>ESTABLISHMENT RESPONSE:<br/><br/>Thank you for your truthful review of our place.   "<p>Staying at Mandulo guest house was the worse experience ever. I would never even recommend it to anymore. Very rude management and owner. The worse guesthouse ever I came across with and there standard is very low they don't even reserve 1 star. </p>"

  "The guesthouse is super special for holidays. The rooms are crystal clean. The staff is awesome. On arrival the room was ready. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. There is only one little problem that need to be taken care of, they must have enough furnisher establishment to accomodate the needs of their guests. Otherwise its a place to stay and relax in.<br />"

  "1. Their administration is poor, we consistently had to be accused that we either owing or didnt pay. 2. The place you see on the website is not the place which we paid for, we were taken to another place which is used for students appararently, even the address is not the same. We got lost in finding the place as a result of that. 3. The place is filthy dirty and has an unpleasant smell from the linen, kitchen, sitting room and the sleeping rooms. 4. At some point we wanted to find another accomodation, but due to the unavailability we opted with shifting the kids and the grandmother to a cleaner place, you can imagine the inconvinience."

  "Although the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodated us very well. It was not good value for money and the TV didn't work. In addition, you were made to feel like a bad teenage friend of the naughty child. The guest house has immense potential and would require the owners to change their due of owners to service providers and conduct a market analysis of what good quality for money is as most backpackers would be better value."
