"Loved everything except for the shower. The shower tap has water going all over the place, if that was to be fixed I'll be coming back soon"
"The place is not nice as it appears to be online"
"We had a really great 1 week stay at the Pastel Guesthouse. Jennifer & Dennis were very warm & welcoming. We felt at home & we were satisfied with all services offered. we are definitely coming back here for our next stay."
"it has really been great staying at your B&B."
"Very Clean. Super comfortable beds. Excellent value"
"Thank you so much for the accommodation and care I received for the dates mentioned above."
"While the proprietor is a very nice, helpful man, the advertisement for Pastel Guest House is very different from the actual accommodation offered. Staying for several weeks, I was moved from a guest house (more of a family granny flat) to the B&B and so used both advertised facilities. The guesthouse was not altogether clean, and really run down, and from its location required a great deal of interaction with the family regarding parking, arrival and departure times etc. The B&B is better maintained, and very pretty, but also needs a greater deal of attention for the price paid. I found a number of articles and medicines in the room left behind by the previous tenant, which made the room feel used although it was clean. Overall, my disappointment was the pricing charged for the level of accommodation offered. This is a good set up for a young student but the price would need to reduce to attract the right clientele."
"Hospitality was satisfactory. Cleaning service satisfatory. Loud noisy neighbours, with no monitoring. Whilst the room, linen, facilities were kept clean, the room still has a dingy musty odour, that is not welcoming. The overall feel of the room is gloomy and does not invite me to come again."
