The Cottage
Situated in the seaside suburb of Musgrave in Berea, The Cottage offers comfortable and affordable accommodation to guests visiting the coastal town of Durban.
Guests have a choice of lovely self-catering units. Units have one bedroom with two twin beds, or a double bed upon request, and a private bathroom. There is also a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette available for all your self-catering needs.
All the units have private entrances and one of the units is separate from the house. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and to the braai facilities in the garden.
The property is conveniently located close the main road and many public transport options, making it the ideal base to explore the area from. The beach and the Durban Botanical Gardens are both just a short distance away, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay.

A big a fully equipped kitchen with a quaint garden, swimming pool and free Wi-fi. Close to all necessary amenities. Very good value for money, will definitely make contact with Stan and Tilly when we are back in Durban. Thank you Stan and Tilly."

The location is very central but in an old part of town with many students in the neighbourhood. The air-con was great. The pool was an added bonus and the clean linen sheets were comfy. The parking area for our car was very safe. This is a very pleasant, quite place to relax and have a good rest if you are on holiday. </span></p><p> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"><span style="font-family: calibri;">Tilly and Stan are the coolest/warmest couple to meet and to stay by, they went out of their way to supply us with directions and places to tour around in Durban. 13 January 2015"We enjoyed a fantastic stay at The Cottage in Musgrave. Conveniently located off Botanic Gardens Road, the Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the Berea area. Security is good and Stan and Tilly are easy going, unobtrusive hosts. We liked that we could come and go as we pleased, and that the security on the property was excellent. The facilities were excellent - little touches like the full DSTV bouquet and milk, coffee and sugar put out for us added a lot of value. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. We were grateful for the aircon too! Worth every penny spent and a fair bit more - thank you for a wonderful weekend."
