Eagles Rest Guest Lodge

Eagles Rest Guest Lodge is settled near the mountains of Napier, in the quiet country surroundings of an indigenous flower farm. The lodge boasts stunning mountain and dam views, as well as wonderful hiking and mountain bike trails. Personal farm tours of indigenous flowers and proteas for the export market can be arranged by appointment with the owner.

The lodge has been furnished with 5 Star amenities. Our secluded self-catering accommodation comprises units for large groups and can also accommodate conference or wedding requirements. The main house can be run as a bed and breakfast team building venue with conference facilities for up to 26 people. The quiet lifestyle offers beautiful birdlife and lovely hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as beautiful dams for fishing, canoeing and swimming.

Eagles Rest's tranquil atmosphere lends itself to the perfect venue for intimate garden weddings. Catering for weddings from a set menu, as well as flowers from the farm can be arranged on request. Personal tours can also be arranged to Gansbaai, Hermanus, Struisbaai and Agulhas, the Southern tip of Africa; all within 45 minutes' drive away.

Breakfast baskets packed with cheese, hams, croissants and sparkling wine can be enjoyed in the luxury of the rooms or outdoors at the dams.

"Spent two nights at cottage for Patat Festival's mountain bike ride. We were two couples and two children. Mattresses were provided for the children. The cottage has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bedding was luxurious and warm on what was a cold wet weekend. There are wall heaters in every room. We would definitely stay here again."
