"Wonderful experience, peaceful, warm welcome from Julian, Marleen, Yvonne and Ilsa. Loved the farm feel with the chickens, donkey's, 3 dogs and the fact that connectivity was almost non existent .. added to that feeling of being disconnected from the world!Wonderful and will definitely be back!Sabina and Ferdie"
"Simplicity combined with comfort - a great value for money stay in a beautiful location. The hosts ensure a delightful stay."
"Good decor, friendly staff, but open environment just too animal-friendly which makes it less enjoyable for guests having to fend for their food all the time ."
"We had a wonderful stay at Taim-Go-Loer. Will definitely be back again. Thank you."
"Thank you to the wonderful gentleman who helped make our stay so comfortable. It was amazing waking up on the farm and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. We look forward to staying again soon. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in nature."
"what a gem of a place!absolutely loved it and the host.took my 2 kids with, 3 years and 5 years old and they loved feeding the animals. Will def go there again or recommend it."
"Enjoyed every moment! Everyone on the farm is so friendly and helpful! An absolute wonderful experience. Thank you so much!! We will be back soon!!!"
"We spent four days reading, playing games, cooking, making fires, drinking sun downers and staring off into the farm lands from the truly glorious stoop at Taim-Go-Loer. If you love animals you'll feel right at home, the occasional visit from a gracious old ridge-back, from the less gracious but extremely amusing cockerel and his three hens and a pair of donkeys just beyond the fence to feed carrots to. The verandah is furnished with relaxed, farmhouse furniture and while the bedrooms are quite dark, the bedding is lovely.... and the shower is good too! Its a 10 -15 minute drive into Napier where there are loads of nice places to eat."
"We visited the farm for a weekend with our two year old daughter and had a fantastic time. The farm stoep is perfect for relaxing on, big fire, comfortable couches, stunning view of the rolling hills. We all enjoyed feeding the friendly farm animals. it is the perfect mix between luxury and rustic. Will definitely be back again soon."
"<p>We really enjoyed our brief stay here. The cottage was very comfortable and was exactly as described.</p><p>The braai cooked beautifully and was almost too good at warming the room at times!! We loved the 3 friendly dogs and the donkeys sticking their heads over the fence to greet us</p><p>The whole place is very quiet and peaceful and we could have easily spent more time here</p>"
