"I always book at Phumula nathi every easter weekend. I think it's 3 years now if not 4. When i got there they told me that the self catering rooms were full don't know how because I had a booking. Self catering room had no utensils and toilet paper. But then it was ok."

  • "Not impressed"

    23 March 2016

"Definitely not what the website shows.... The showers had mould and kitchen sink falling in cupboards don't close and they burnt mozzi coils just before we got there and tried to cover smell with air fresh you could barely breathe.... We waited till 14:45 before we got the keys just to get this the only nice thing was the receptionist who did her best to apologize"

  • "Very disappointed"

The pictures posted for the Motel are totally deceiving and the rooms do not resemble the pictures at all. The only linen on the beds were sheets and one smallblanket. It was a very cold night and everybody staying in the unit was freezing and hardly slept the whole night. The other residents were noisy straight through the night, the walls are paper-thin and every sound could be heard. The unit setup is barren. Was the worst experience I have ever had at any overnight accommodation. It is vastly overpriced andIfeel robbed and thoroughly disappointed!! I wish i had rather taken a tent and gone camping - much cheaper for thebetter quality. </span></p>"

  • "Good for an overnight stay"

    20 July 2013

"Self catering units spacious, beds comfortable but lounge area could be improved by providing better settee, also table and chairs are only plastic patio furniture, and very little in kitchen. However only used as overnight stay so adequate."

"Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the condition of the dish cloth and dish towel, they were both very dirty! There were only two plastic teaspoons (all other cutlery was fine) and feel there should be towel racks in the bathroom."
