Brodie Cottage
Brodie Cottage is a beautiful, large three-bedroom family home set in peaceful and totally secure grounds on the edge of the Silvermine Nature Reserve, about two minutes away from Goose Green Lodge. Surrounded by mountains yet only minutes from beaches on both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans, it is perfectly located for all the attractions in the area.
The house is bright, airy and luxuriously furnished and equipped. One of the three bedrooms in the house is locked and not available to guests, so the useable bedroom space comprises one large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and one family bedroom, with a double and two singles, and bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs, there is also a lovely family lounge, dining room, TV lounge with digital satellite TV and DVD, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and everything else a family would normally need. There is also a separate utility room attached to the electronically opening garage.
The cottage features a mature, peaceful garden on three sides with furniture for dining or simply relaxing. There is also a Weber for braaing. Brodie Cottage benefits from being safely located behind a 24-hour manned security barrier which is there to restrict movements into a nearby retirement village.

"FABULOUS PLACE"
18 May 2015"We had the most fantastic stay!!!! Brodie House was equipt like I have never seen or experienced before (and I have travelled to 52 countries, so far in my life). We were in a group of 4 adults and twin 4 year olds. Everyone loved their stay and the kids were in heaven. When the kids realised they were not sleeping at Brodie house after we left, they actually started crying with despair.<div>The place is much more than it seems. The fire place (with loads of wood supplied) came in handy when some nights became a little chilly.</div><div>Alan is a attentive host and was VERY helpful before we even arrived. A joy dealing with him directly. We will definitely return again and I have already given his details to friends.</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.5;">If you are wondering whether to book this house or not - <strong>wonder NO MORE</strong>. 27 April 2014"Le Cottage parfait pour une famille, maison tout quipe, rien ne manque, le confort est optimal.Elle est situe au centre de tout ce qu'il y a voir dans la pninsule du Cap, trs proche de la plage de Fish Hout, idale pour les enfants. A 5-10min en voiture du supermarch pour faire les courses dans un endroit trs sur.Les enfants et nous avons ador cet endroit magnifique!Cottage is perfect for a family - fully equipped; nothing is missing and very comfortable. It is located in the centre of everything there is to do in the Cape Peninsula, very close to the beach in Hout Bay, ideal for children. A 5-10min drive to the supermarket to shop in a great location. The children and we loved this beautiful place!"
