"We had to cancel due to illhealth and Noordhoek Management told us that they gave you permission to return our payment. Please do so asap, We paid extra to entitle us to cancel.. We are both in our late 80.s and dont appreciate the stress we are going through due to non receipt of our payment. We can hardly use you again or recommend you to anyone if this is what happens when dealing with you."

"What can I say? De Noordhoek Hotel meets all expectations, and more. From the amazingly comfortable beds to all the stylish fittings in the rooms, just awesome. From the moment you walk in you sense that you are in for a treat. Colin, the hotel manager, and all the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and we wanted for nothing. The most amazing feature of this hotel is its setting - smack bang in the middle of an adorably quaint, but bustling, farm village. The hotel is surrounded by pubs, restaurants and curio shops, and we tried all of them. Every place at which we dined and socialized (and believe me, do you socialize in this warm, friendly setting) matched the style and warmth of its neighbour, De Noordhoek. I really cannot wait to go back, and will recommend this experience to everyone....because that is what it is, an experience."
