The Phatt Chef Road Side Diner and Bed & Breakfast
High on top of the Oliviershoek Pass with incredible views over the Drakensberg mountains range from Champagne Castle in the south to the Amphitheatre in the north. The Phatt Chef Road Side Diner and Bed & Breakfast comprises six En-suite Rooms; one King Room, three Twin Rooms and two Double Rooms.
There is a private guest lounge where guests can enjoy the warmth of the fire place. Magazines and books are available for a good read.
Breakfast, lunches and dinners served daily from our famous a la carte restaurant, The Phatt Chef. There is also a bar available and the magnificent sterkfontein dam is within walking distance. Fishing, hiking, mountain biking and beautiful walks available on the property.

17 January 2015"We never ate in the restaurant so can not comment on that but we stayed in a couple of the self catering units, they were clean and comfortable, quite basic but functional, the resort seems to be going through a period of refurbishment. It is situated on the top of a hill with the most incredible views over the Northern Drakensberg. Very easy to find."
