Talamati Camp is situated in a large open valley, affording superb game viewing opportunities. The luxuriant grassveld in the area attracts large herds of grazers, and the predators never lurk too far behind. There are so many creatures to see and sightings of rare species can be the highlight of your trip.
PLEASE NOTE: from 1 September 2017, all visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce their identity document (ID), passport or alternative valid identification e.g. drivers licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Park.
PLEASE NOTE: the rates are subject to the number of adults and children staying. Quotes will include the 1% Community Levy, but will exclude daily conservation fees, which are to be paid directly to camp on arrival.

"Dirty and Noisy."
25 May 2015"We recently spent three nights at Talamati Camp. Game viewing and birding was amazing. There are three reasons I will not be returning to Talamati in future. Firstly, the chalets were very dirty and the braai looked as if it had not been cleaned in a year. Secondly, on our return one afternoon from a game drive we found that KNP staff where busy with some type of meeting in the lapa area. The noise from this "meeting" was so loud that it kept the animals away from the water hole for two days. Thirdly, something drastically needs to be done about the monkey problem inside the camp."
