"We are so glad we found this little gem in Outshoorn. We had a fabulous stay. Really cool to stay in a tented camp. Unique finishes and attention to detail - loved the rustic kitchen and bathrooms."
"This place is literally an old tent with furniture that looks like someone threw it out on the street. I was HORRIFIED when I walked into the tent; it was like something out of the worst horror story. There was nowhere to put our things or hang out clothes and it certainly isn't child friendly. And be prepared to freeze your behind off in cooler weather (and probably get a good old baking in summer). The host was sweet but he seemed as though he had better things to do. I would stay here only if there was NOTHING else."
"Clean rooms and bedding.Friendly host .Will definete re- visit again"
"Enjoyed the facilities, but it is very close to a main road. Didn't keep me out of sleep though. Will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises."
"It had everything we needed and we loved the view. The road behind it was noisy in the afternoon, but dead quite at night."
"NO, NO NO, Never again. Arrived at 14h30, the opening of tent is in the direct afternoon sun. We unpacked and tried to rest for a while, impossible, the sweat was running into my ears. The owner arrived later and we ask if there is a fridge, NO was the answer, We told him we have cheese and want to keep our cold drinks cold, he showed us two cooler boxes to use. We ask if he had ice for us, NO was the answer, never ever he said he can put the cheese in his fridge, or keep or cooldrinks cold in his fridge, NO he sat nice and cool on his veranda under lovely shade trees, while we had to get into the car and drive somewhere else where there is a fan or aircon. I knew there is not electricity, but if you advertise "a fully equipped<div>kitchen" you at least expect a small gas fridge!! There is nothing in that "fully equipped kitchen" that I will use and all that is in the direct 30 degree sun. We packed our stuff and went to another place, for there was no help from the owners and SafariNow's add is misleading. The owner did not even tell us what to use for light when it got dark, there were no candles or gas lamps!! It is direct next to the road to the Caves so you hear the cars. Not a place to recommend, not even shade for one's car - hope I at least get one nights money back, as now I had to pay double just to have a fridge for my cheese and cool drinks. no no no!!!</div><div><div><br /></div></div><div>Now I am force to give a star rating otherwise my message does not go through. "Our over night stay at De Kraal Tent accommodation was a pleasant surprise.<div>It was clean, neat and comfortable.</div><div>No need to lug around a tent, this is ideal for an affordable stop close to the Cargo caves and Prince Albert. A relaxing evening spent around the braai with open view of the farm lands, close to town but still private and rural. Thank you to Tineke for making our stay enjoyable. Regards Harry and Sarah</div><div><br /></div>"
"Think this qualifies as luxury camping. We had a double bed. En suite shower and toilet. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, attention to detail, our hosts looked after our every need and the tent was quite an exciting stay for us! We felt very close to nature as opposed to staying in an ordinary hotel!"
"What a treat - beautifully neat tented accommodation. Totally surprised by the small details - coffee, tea and sugar sachets, firewood and kindling. Stunning! Thank you"
"Warm, gasvrye, persoonlike ontvangs! Puik akkommodasie!
Sal defenitief weer besoek."
