Nine Oaks Self-catering accommodation and Venue

Mr. van der Merwe originally started with 6 cottages he managed as a guesthouses. As the business grew the original farm houses were transformed as well. Mrs. van der Merwe developed the vintage barn into a beautiful function venue. Once their children were all grown up they also joined the family business. Now we have the De.serve Country shop, Cr.eat.e Coffee shop, Sipstation Bar, Pizzeria, Decor Showroom , Art Gallery and our own Conference room!

We aspire to offer our guests affordable accommodation appropriate for families. We take pride in our beautiful views, tranquil atmosphere and private country style aesthetics. The spacious farm is such an awesome breakaway from the city buzz, however close enough to pop by if needed. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge, microwave, stove with oven and the basic cooking utensils. All houses have an indoor- or outdoor fireplace available.

"We stayed in the Prime cottage. Bedding was clean, bathrooms in need of some renovations. Whilst fans where provided it was extremely hot in the rooms, so air cons would have been appreciated (we initially thought that air cons would be provided at extra cost as per the standard response when booking). Other than that, the farm is beautiful and the place is quite/tranquil."
