10 Ebersohn is a private self-catering apartment situated in Paradise Beach, just a stones throw from the sandy beach.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a TV. The lounge area has a single bed for an extra guest and a built-in braai. Bring your own smart card and decoder for DStv access.
This is the ideal accommodation for a family, as there are many water-sport activities to do for all ages. These include surfing, fishing, canoeing, boat trips and kite surfing to name but a few. Please note that we do not allow pets.
"Baie dankie Elize en Rudi, vir jul gasvryheid en dat ons in jul plekkie kon oorbly. Ek kan jul met 'n geruste hart aanbeveel. Alles was baie skoon en netjies en alles is daar wat benodig kan word. Jul sal ons verseker in toekoms weer sien!"

"As a matter of fact we did not enjoy it at all,<div>or shall I say we were not given the chance.</div><div><br /></div><div>When the booking was made we were told that , YES the property has a sea view and YES it is within a short walk to the beach( which is not a huge exaggeration) and that there is a secure parking.</div><div><br /></div><div>However no one told us that the wonderful sea views are to be enjoyed by the owners of the house and they extended family, while we had to look at the back of the house ,washing line and the garbage bags( they don't use bins down there).</div><div><br /></div><div>We were expected to braai in the lounge ou the unit, in the middle of December in South Africa!!!</div><div><br /></div><div>There are nice large windows in the rooms but only so you can look into the owner's lounge and enjoy the TV programs they are watching. In return hey can have a full view of you in your bedroom, unless you keep your blinds shut at all times.</div><div>Besides the fact that in the kitchen/dining area there is an adjoining door and any conversation that is taking part in any of the areas is clearly heard on the other side.</div><div><br /></div><div>I think it was on the third day of our stay that the owners asked us to move our vehicle out on the street to make space for some more family members that were expected, which we of course refused.</div><div><br /></div><div>In the interim we had no water for about 12 hours and electricity was down for most of the time during the first 2 days( i know it was not they fault but definitely added to the fun we were already having).</div><div>On the seventh day we moved out in the hope to find some privacy and enjoy what was left of our holiday.</div><div>That never happened because everything was fully booked and we ended up spending the rest of our stay with friends, sleeping in the lounge.</div><div>After all of that in the end when we were leaving we bumped into the owners of the original property we rented and they accused us of stealing they money( after we paid in full for every minute we spend in they place being harassed by them and they guests).</div><div>I can only say that Ebersohn #10 robed me and my family of our long-planned and long-awaited once-a-year holiday and turned it into a nightmare.</div><div>S.B.Vlahova</div>"
