The Garden Root Self-Catering Unit
The Garden Root is a charming self-catering unit situated in the heart of Paradise, in Knysna, with lovely views of the lagoon. It is close to the centre of town, with its many shops and restaurants.
This two-storey unit consists of one bedroom, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch, and a fully equipped kitchen. All linen and bath towels are provided. There is a sunny deck area with braai facilities and lovely views.
Other facilities include free Wi-Fi access, two TVs with DStv, a safety deposit box, a fan and two panel heaters. Hot water bottles are supplied in Winter.
Your host, Annelise Stein, has a good local knowledge of the town and surrounding areas and will assist with providing information. Secure parking is available for two vehicles.

"A lovely, tasteful retreat in Knysna"
02 January 2015"As an active family of four, we found this unit perfect for our stay. It had a spacious bedroom and living room (with an easy to use pull-out couch for the teens) each with own bath and DSTV, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a fantastic braai (overlooking lagoon). All decor tastefully done and pleasant. Unit well-lit with vaulted ceilings so no crammed feel, though it is fairly compact. Annaliese was wonderful and helpful, really making the stay comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and I hope I can revisit soon."
