THE SUITES / The suites are wonderfully roomy and all have a fantastic view over the lagoon of Knysna. Each also features a very spacious luxury bathroom in cutting edge design, fitted with bathtub, separate shower cubicle*, double washbasin and under-floor heating (*with the exception of The Spitskop and Phantom Suites which are fitted with a shower over the bathtub). Youll be sleeping in a comfortable extra length king size double beds, all fitted with quality linen and feather comforters and pillows.

All suites enjoy a high definition LCD 32 TV Set complete with an array of Satellite Channels, a Pod Coffee Machine & Tea facility and Electronic Safes as well as a fully stocked mini bar. To add, the suites hold further surprises, such as a private furnished patio/balcony* or as for the Noetzie Suite a Spa Bath for instance (*with the exception of The Materolli Suite which is fitted with Panoramic Windows instead). "Villa Afrikana is a wonderful place up on the hill in Knysna with a beautiful view over the Lagoon. The breakfasts on our balcony overlooking the lagoon and Kynsna Heads were awesome. We could choose each evening how wed like our breakfast on the next day. The service was excellent with attentive staff. Our room (Owners Suite) had a private entrance with a staircase to the patio. The room was light and clean and had a very elegant interior. Bianca and Ross were perfect hosts."

"Our stay-over at Villa Afrikana was unforgettable. The hosts made us feel welcome from the time we pulled into their driveway and up to the point we eventually (and sadly) had to depart. Never before had we stayed at a place this luxurious, where our hosts made us feel like we truly belonged (even though you tend to feel like the venue is suited for royalty). The staff were professional and always curtious towards our needs. The rooms, the view, the decor, the food.......words cannot fully describe the high quality! I would recommend this to ANYONE - this should be a no-brainer!"

"This place is like a design boutique guest house where we were served breakfast on our balcony each morning overlooking the knysna lagoon. The room was spotless and very well kitted out. The bathroom was huge and full of lovely scented creams and bath soaps/shampoos. Bianca and Ross were very hospitable hosts - would definitely come back again. The location is great too - just a few minutes drive away from the restaurants and islands. A perfect spot to relax in Knysna!"
