398 Vaal de Grace Golf Estate is a three-bedroom riverfront self-catering villa ideally situated on the secure Vaal de Grace Golf Estate in Parys. Vaal de Grace is an 18-hole signature Nick Price golf course that is ideal for average players right up to professional players; and is only an hours drive from Johannesburg. There is a splendid river running through Vaal de Grace and the area offers plenty of natural flora, fauna and bird life to enjoy including fish eagles, impala, springbok and mongooses.

The villa is located on the north-facing bank of the Vaal River, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa comprises three en-suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, and an undercover patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. River access for fishing is available via gabion steps and two kayaks are provided for canoeing on the river.

"We had a lovely time at 398 Vaal de Grace. The views over the river from the house are beautiful and create a peaceful atmosphere. Although the weather was incredibly cold, the beds have electric blankets and the house is very clean and comfortable.We enjoyed playing golf - the course is not too challenging. It is also possible to fish right outside the home.We look forward to returning in future."

"It was an amazing birthday getaway. Apart from being able to play golf, there are a lot of activities in the area. Perfect for the whole family. Braaing, swimming in the pool and overlooking the Vaal river, nothing gets better than that. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Every room has it's own en-suite bathroom. Thanks Richard, we will definitely see you soon again."

"The accommodation together with the entire ambiance of the estate was a joy to experience. 5 star accommodations, with nothing being left wanting. Special mention must be given to the various forms of art on display in the house itself which thoroughly intrigued the writer hereof. As for the estate, well rounded and extremely neat. Wildlife and nature scenes were enjoyed by the entire party. The golf course, with special mentioned to the greens, was a joyful challenge. You will be seeing me soon. "
