The guesthouse boasts 11 spacious, comfortable, en-suite bedrooms which include a family/group room and standard rooms. Each room has it's own private entrance. It is therefore ideal for individuals/ families/ corporate/ or touring groups as we can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. Start off your day with your choice of our delectable breakfasts which you can enjoy under the thatched lapa near the swimming pool, in your room or privately in the back garden enjoying the company of a small species of birds. "Boikhutsong offered a good breakfast with the room and that was the positive.on the down side the king bed was 2 twin beds combined together and was very hard. The linen was torn with some stains on it and the shower head in the bath didnt have a hook so you couldnt really convert into a shower, however the room was clean."

"The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. The rooms however need definitely an upgrade and some renovations. We slept in a huge bed but the bed spirals stood out and made the night uncomfortably to sleep in. I spotted a couple of cockroaches in the room. After a long journey I was looking forward to using the pool which was not really clean and so I did not jump in. We requested a cot that was not provided. I would not come back to this guesthouse or recommend it to someone else."

"I would recommend the Boikhutsong Guesthouse. Not fancy, but very pleasant and staff is very helpful and nice. Good breakfast. No restaurant, wi-fi, or internet. Ask about nearby restaurants because they are not obvious. Nearby small shopping center was surprise and almost anything you need you can get there. Proximity to Phaleborwa gate makes it great pick."

"My husband and I had a real relaxing time at Boikhutjong, just as the name suggests. We even recommended this place to relatives and they immediately booked in for the next night. "The 'king size' beds were just two singles pushed together, taking up about 90% of the room. The mosquito net, clearly intended for a single bed got in the way so much we had to take it down. The bathroom was cramped, with a tiny basin and only a bath. Aesthetically, the rooms do not come close to the pictures. The pool area was surprisingly nice, with deck chairs and lots of little tables and chairs."

"It is not everyday that I arrive at a strange place with so much pleasure yet leave with so much regret. We were exhausted and hot when we arrived. But what really impressed me on arrival was the friendliness of the hosts, particularly Abi Moagi. From the onset we were made to feel home and she particularly went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. "Our stay was extremely relaxing & homely from the moment we arrived. In fact, our comfort was in mind even before we got there. Koketso & Abi, our hosts, welcomed us with warm hearts & glowing faces. I travelled with my wife, my sister, her husband & their toddler, & my young niece. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent reception as well as our 1 night stay at Boikhutsong. Our hosts entertained us & we all had a braai together that evening. The chill of the night weather was quickly put to bed by the warmth of this establishment. We were so relaxed the next morning that we checked out later than expected, just taking it easy & not wanting to leave the peace & tranquility of Boikhutsong. If & when we are in the area again, we will most definitely knock on these doors, fully expecting to see the bright faces again. We live in Lenasia, Johannesburg & the drive is terribly long. Nevertheless, when the desire arises to visit Phalaborwa again, we will get away to Boikhutsong to unwind & relax."
