• "Highlight was the view from the deck of the dam"

  "The view from the deck was amazing and to see the hippo's and birdlife.<br/><br/>However we were only allowed access to half of the house, and the bedroom in the picture was theirs and we were not allowed use of the best bedroom in the place. The house was not clean, fridge had a bad smell. Both aircons in the bedrooms we were allocated did not work and we were left with a braai still dirty from previous people use. Such a shame as the location on the dam is stunning. <br/><br/>Establishments response:<br/><br/>Jacqueline her husband and two young boys booked and paid for 4 persons in our lodge which can accommodate 8 guests. We never accommodate more than one set of guests at a time. The guests had full and unhindered access to the entire house and would not need any rooms in addition to those they were assigned. The lodge has two master bedrooms with identical view, comfort and facilities. The allocation of the specific master bedroom was done out of consideration for the parents as it is closer to the bedroom which the children would be occupying. The fact that the braai was not properly cleaned is a regrettable oversight on our part. We have been running the a/cs for a day and they both work perfectly well. They seem to have been switched off at the main switch and hence could not work!"

  "We had a great time at Bush haven. It is right on the water and we enjoyed the pool, deck and the private island. Its about 10 mins from the Palabourwa Kruger gate and the golf course is great (although the hotel/ spa/ tennis courts are currently closed with COVID-19 etc). There Girraffe, hippo and elephant in the estate. Well worth a visit and im sure we will be back, for longer too..."

  "Lovely place to stay, lots of space & great view over the water. Well equipped kitchen (time to throw some of those chipped cups though), comfy beds (whats with the loo in the second bedroom -very odd), lovely outdoor shower, great birds, close to Kruger. Wed love to go back."

  "Bush Haven is the most peacefull and most amazing place that I visited in a long time, can spent a week on the patio watching the dam, hippos playing around in water and crocodiles "visiting". Nicely decorated and very spacious."
