"We enjoyed our stay at Impisi, but we found the unit tired with old furniture, in particular the dining room chairs, lounge suite and bar. Also there were clothes in the cupboard of the second bathroom and toiletries in the same cupboard, also soap in the shower. These disappeared when we visited the Kruger. Must have been the helpers things, weird. Also uncomfortable that she was there while we were out when we didn't ask for the serviced option offered. There was stuff in the freezer and an empty bottle by the pool. The outside cushions looks terrible and not inviting. There were a few cobwebs all over, that aren't new, especially in the loft, the loft was creepy, luckily we didn't stay there. A bird or bar lives in the lounge so there were droppings in the lounge. Everything else seemed well kept, the bedrooms were nice and tidy, we just didn't feel value for money here."
"The pictures and write up do not do impisi justice. The lodge is warm and welcoming with fantastic amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"We enjoyed our stay at the lodge, and it was lovely to be back in Phalaborwa for the first time in 14 years."
