"Our stay at Kaia Tani was wonderful! Friendly and helpful hosts, wonderful surrounding, personal service , suggestions and help for activities, good food, sparkling pool, we were really spoiled! <br/>Will certainly come again and highly recommend the house! <br/>Lots of languages spoken!<br/>"
"Room very small. Shower minute. No heater on a very cold night for Phalaborwa. Breakfast extremely ordinary. No fruit and plastic processed cheese on the omelette. Spur breakfast at R20 a far better option. No visible management. However, Donald was 5 Star. He made every effort to make us feel welcome. We travel a lot and think that Kaia Tani is very expensive for a pretty average B&B. It would be well priced at about R350 each. At least then I would not have even looked at the place.<br></br><b>Establishment's response</b><br></br><i>Thanks for the review. We regret that our guests felt the room was too small. We do have bigger rooms but unfortunately they were fully booked. If the guest would have asked for a heater we do have them in stock and could have given them one. For the breakfasts apply the same , we would have served with pleasure fruit salat. In the omelette we put tomatoes, mushrooms and parmalat cheese. For the full breakfast we serve 4 different kind of Muesli with Joghurt, muffins, 2 eggs -1 sausage, mushrooms, tomato and three slices of ham, cooffe, tea, juice and on request fruit salat. Its the first time in 7 years we have a complain about Breakfast. And after all we send the guests email for free to other places ( we never charged them), it was a complimentary service that we gave them.Personally I think you should take the review off.<br></br>Kind regards<br></br>Daniela Kofler-Scattolin</i>"
"Staying at Kaia Tani was a personal and wonderful experience. From the time we arrived we were told to make ourselves at home. The resort is owner managed which means that you personally get taken care of, as the owners put pride in ensuring you are comfortable and are having a good stay. The reort has an Italian Restaurant which is authnetic as the owners are Italian. The food was amazing, so much so that we did not want to eat anywhere else. The pasta made on the last day by the owner Daniela was delicious. Daniela was a wonderful host perosnally checking up on us and assisting with our dogs when we went off on Game Drives. She also gave me photography lessons which I enjoyed. I now see photos in a whole new light. I would go and stay there again and will recommend to all. The staff there are also so friendly and accomodating. Authentic people, authentic food and an authentically great experience."
"A lovely guesthouse, with friendly service. Enjoyed our stay."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaia Tani Guest house, we felt very welcome and enjoyed the setting and facilities, Roberto kindly gave us advise on routes to take in Kruger and he was spot on."
"We had a warm welcome! They helped us a lot! The cottage locates just 5mins drive to Kruger National Parks gate. The Italian manger cooked nice, the cottage is always safe and quiet. We are sure that we will stay at Kaia Tani when we come back to Pharabolowa."
"We enjoyed our stay at Kaia Tani. The service was excellent and the food was even better! We planned to leave early the following morning and really appreciated the "take away" breakfast package that was prepared for us. This is one of the few establishments where we got exactly what we expected based on the information and photographs published on the internet. The advice of the owner on which routes to travel in the Kruger Park paid off as we saw a variety of animals, including rare species of antelope!"
"We enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. The Italian food was delicious. In hindsight we would like to suggest that a picnic type breakfast could be offered as a choice for those guests who want to do day trips into the Kruger National Park."
