  "We would absolutely recommend Muweti Bush Lodge. My husband and I just returned from four days spent in one of the tented chalets. The accommodations, food, bush drives, and personal attention were above and beyond anything we could have expected. Mike and Laura were exceptional hosts, and the experience of "living in the bush" was amazing. We truly hope to return again."

  "We stayed one night in January 2012. We found it very great. Mike is a very nice ranger, who explained the wildlife and animal behavior very well. The only little problem was one couldn't drive because of hard rain and we had teenagers with us. But Mike helped us a lot."

  "Muweti Bush Lodge is the most amazing place on earth. My proposal to my now fiance could not have been more perfect. From the time we arrived the owners, Mike and Laura, treated us as if though we were at the Hilton. The accommodation is first class and the food will add at least 5 kg to your waist line, it is so good. Mike is very knowledgeable and Laura is very friendly, making the entire getaway a never-to-forget memory. We will highly recommended the lodge to everyone."

  "Muweti is a haven and provided the much needed space, quiet, comfort and feel of Africa that was needed after a stressful few months in Jo'burg. The chalet, one of two lovingly built by the owners, was so private and open to the bush that we almost forgot we had company. The fireside sundowners with fellow guests offered a chance to relax and chat by firelight, to meet new people and just watch the stars. We'll hopefully have a chance to visit again one day. Muweti is amazing value for money and offers the best of all worlds. the game drives were great fun and quite educational, having drinks on the river is always a treat, especially when the bush buck walk out of the forest to graze only a few meters away! Thank you for a romantic, lush stay at your lovely private lodge. It was a treat we'll not soon forget! All the best, Simone & Tim"

  "What a great spot. We stayed in the self-catering cottage. Great value for money and lovely comfortable cottage. The owners are friendly and super helpful. The tented lodge is stunning. Definitely want to go back."
