Belvedere Guest House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet suburb in Newcastle. The guest house is ideal for a couple or business travellers in the area. A self-catering family unit is also available.

The guest house offers guest accommodation in 14 en-suite rooms, each equipped with a TV, air-conditioning and tea and coffee-making facilities. We serve breakfast daily in the large communal dining area. Guests also have use of the swimming pool and lapa with braai facilities.

We provide safe and secure parking on site and there is a Wi-Fi hotspot and a licenced bar.

"Facility was reasonably good and we had a good stay. There were challenges regarding electronic system for gate malfunctioning as well as Tv's struck by lightening which made us especially children not very happy. That was well explained and apology accepted. I was also of understanding that the rate included breakfast but, I only learnt there that breakfast was not included and I accepted that as a misunderstanding on my side.We took serious offence in being accused of towels having gone missing after our departure. This was followed by a negative remark about "church people" made by Ms Melinda. I explained that I physically saw one big towel and one small to well in each of the two rooms I'd paid for but, she insisted there were two big towels in each of the rooms. The matter has still not been clarified."

"We are wedding photographers and travel often across South Africa for weddings, we were not impressed with the condition of the guest house it was a pity because we already paid by SafaiNow online. The establishment is in need of major renovations its not in line with other establishment in its price range"

"Belverderes Guest House is a very nice and very luxurious place to stay in, it really looks great.<br/>It is not a Self Catering place that I was looking for, so I booked but stayed elsewhere - but this is really a nice Guest house with Safe Location, very good rooms and safe parking."

"R950 for a terrible experience: Old, overused, double bed mattress, 3 cups for 4 people, 1 plastic teaspoon, 2 towels for 4 people. And many more problems. This place is way too expensive."
