Spinakker 201 is a comfortable self-catering apartment located in Durban. The apartment is situated on the 20th floor of an apartment block near the waterfront and is ideal for a family vacation.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with modern finishes. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all cutlery and crockery. Guests also have use of a laundry facility within the apartment with a washer and dryer. The lounge area features a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating looking out onto the balcony. Adjacent to the lounge, guests will also find a large dining room table with seating for six, while the balcony offers views across Africa's busiest port and the Indian Ocean coastline.
The apartment is ideally positioned near the waterfront, with easy access to uShaka Marine world. Guests are also located nears Durban's North and South beach, which is popular with surfers, sunbathers and swimmers alike.

18 December 2016"The location/apartment was lovely and convenient with a spacious main bedroom, but unfortunately the apartment was generally not very clean with dirt on walls, doors, curtains etc. The windows were really dirty which was such a pity and irritation as it really negatively affected the beautiful views. The veranda furniture, although lovely, made me nervous in terms of hygiene too! The apartment can be lovely, but it needs a very good spring clean and wash/paint all over, including broken ceiling panels etc!"

The rooms are spacious, beautiful and well maintained. The security guards were very friendly. We felt right at home. I would like to thank Stuart for such a wonderful and pleasant stay.
