  "Beautiful views, neat apartment and bookings can be easily made through Safari! However, rules of the establishment should be given once bookings are made such as no braai area or parking for only one vehicle."

  "Owner contracted me to say geyser burst .I will be refunded fully and given a free night. I paid 1515-I was refunded 1500 and told the rest is commission for safarinow....couldn't get other accommodation as it was too late..had to cancel my trip.."

  "I cannot describe the level of efficiency booking this place was. The host Tamryn was AMAZING from day 1. she was very quick with responding to all and any silly little questions I had. I was a little skeptical about the online payment system but it is legit and all was in order. I had booked the apartment for my friends visiting the town and they could not stop raving about this beautiful apartment with breath taking views. The host ensured she notified me before check in of the minor issues I might encounter and made sure throughout the weekend that all was well and the stay was comfortable. The owner Dean also called me throughout the weekend (a lil bit more than usual but appreciated still) to make sure all was okay and well, even went as far as giving me his direct number to 'call him any time of the day' should we experience any problems. I could not believe such service still exists. Props to Tamryn and Dean, please keep it up and remain forever helpful and nice as you are. If you are looking for an apartment to make your second home on your Durban visits, LOOK NO FURTHER!!"

  "Lovely ,bright rooms and very spacious and clean. Great views, good location, cleaning service, dstv, fully functional kitchen and a patio that was awesome. overall an amazing stay, will definitely go back. <br/>please take note of the following:<br/>1]second bathroom does not have a shower- only a tub<br/>2] sleeper couch can only accomodate 1 adult or 2 small kids under 8 years old.<br/>3] take some of your own kitchen utensils (non stick pan/ tea pot/ decent tespoons)<br/>4] parking can only accomodate a standard car(not a 4x4)<br/>"

  "Although the flat was beautiful and the views were magnificent, on arrival the floors were dirty. There was not service maid in the 4 days that we stayed which was very inconvenient especially when traveling with children. Unserviced accommodation for tourists is unheard of. Door handles were broken and there was no air conditioning. It rained heavily and the whole enclosed patio was flooded. There was no water in the hot water taps because of low or no pressure.&nbsp; It has so much potential and for the price charged, the situation could easily be remedied. We did however have wifi on request and as mentioned, the views were awesome.<br />"

  "I have been to Durban on more than 10 occasions and I've never seen or slept in such an amazing apartment. The view of the harbour, promenade and Ushaka from the balcony of the 18th floor is spectacular. The parking and security were on point. My wife and kids loved the apartment."

  "Wow!!!can't explain how we enjoyed staying at Spinnaker....from day 1 when we arrived,it was so wonderful. The interior,the cleanliness ...3 nights we spent were too short but we looking forward for the next visit.   "Spinnaker is a great and beautiful apartment the security was very helpful and kind. The apartment views are fantastic but I would suggest a regular fumigating of the apartment as there were insects but besides that glitch great stay big up to Spinnaker!!!!"

  "I really enjoyed my time in this apartment. The facilities were very good and the space was fantastic. I have stayed in another apartment in the building previously, it was very nice but this one suited me better. The owner responded very quickly to some very small issues we had and I will try and book here on my next visit to Durban."

  "We chose Spinnaker for our annual holiday due to its great location, security and amenities. The proximity to uShaka and the beaches meant that our children (3 and 6 years old) were adquately catered for. Unfortunately, we were plagued with issues on the satellite TV for the entire duration of our stay (8 nights) - we had some channels initially, but this degraded to no service by the end of our stay. We had no interest from the owners to resolve the issue, with the attitude being pretty much that we should sort it out with DSTV ourselves! In spite of us contacting the agent and owner almost everyday, the owner finally made contact with us as we were leaving and offered us R500 off our next booking with him! There is not going to be a next time for us at Spinnaker Executive Self-catering Apartment!"

  "We loved the apartment what you see on advertising is all there and more. Looking for great Durban view and sleep this is the place to stay. Very clean and fully equipped in everything, bedrooms to patios. Fully secured. Highly recommended won't mind booking it every time I visit Durban even if it means I will have to drive to other areas of interest. Massage chair was a cherry on top after a long day enjoy a relaxing moment in your own pace. Technologically equipped to meet your requirements."
