  "The most disturbing thing was arriving to a place that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on the booking website. The owners were unfriendly. At no point were we addressed by name. We were told we could not dine there as we did not indicate that we required food when we first made the booking. There was no parking available. Overall we were made to feel very unwelcome. The room we got was drenched in insecticide spray. The toilet/ bathroom had no window or extractor fan. The shower was built in a way that water flooded the entire room wheb an attempt was made to use it. When we checked out earlier than we were meant to the owners did not even ask if there was a problem. They couldn't care less."

  "The technicians were impressed with Palms Inn. The only complaint is a lack of a fridge in the rooms. Room 9 and 10 were used by them. Apparently the other places they stayed at all had fridges."

  "With a fridge in the room and with a better road signs for driver's orientation, it will be better for each involved party, including for Polokwane Municipality (as tax collector)if they will improve the roads access to many good local initiatives as Palms Inn."

  "Rooms are standard. The wall heater broken in the middle and front door did not close, had to lock it for it to stay closed. Pool is green and unusable. Very very noisy in the hallways. At 03:40 people hammered on doors and load chatting because a group was leaving with no consideration towards other guests. put single people in units away from main building and hallway."

  "The accommodation was well suited to the price range - spotlessly cleaned every day and spacious for one person. The staff were professional and friendly and the guesthouse has a very homey feel - it can be a bit noisy later in the morning as one can hear the people and animals, but I was, surprisingly, not bothered by it as it was not continuous or at inconvenient times."
