Zanami Lodge is a top-class guest house, situated in the heart of Polokwane.

16 January 2017"Their location is good,close to town.The rooms are clean.However we found one staff member who was doing everything from receiving guests,picking calls and looking for keys.We had also paid for breakfast but we were told that our booking was without breakfast.Fortunately we had all the proof of payment."

13 July 2015"Made the booking, paid the booking, booking was confirmed by the lodge, arrived at 7 pm, and were told that there was a double booking made, they did not have a room, waited for 2 hours for them to find me other accomodation, next night again they did not have accomodation and ended sleeping at another lodge for 2 days, never even seen the inside of this lodge that was paid for, the deal I took was bed and breakfast, only to find out not according to their booking it was not. Very dissapointed, whole experince left a bad taste in my mouth, will never book here again"
