"We had a lovely, relaxing stay in the beautiful Fig Tree Cottage. Sue has researched the history of Richmond House and generously shares her knowledge of this historical property and the area, in the museum in the grounds. Neville is a caring host and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. Chester and Lucy (the friendly dogs) dropped by regularly. We spotted the tree hyraxes and numerous birds in the wild indigenous garden. A truly memorable stay! We would love to visit again."
"It was absolutely 5 star self catering accomodation with a lot of special touches like welcome drinks, a fresh fruit basket and fresh herbs and produce from the vegetable garden on the property. We absolutely loved it everything about it, especially the stoep of the cottage overlooking a lovely garden. It is close enough to the beach and town. Great experience indeed."
