• "Disgusted with my experience with Safari and Cremorne"

  "I booked cremorne, through Safari for a weekend stay which was confirmed two weeks ago. When I arrive at Cremorne I was told that I have no booking and that they do not deal with safari. The person contact from cremorne is very old, I was left stranded. I also paid 50percent deposit which needs to be returned. The staff at Cremorne were rude and not in the least helpful.I am really disappointed with Safari and Cremorne, of ut was not for finding a small room available at Grunters we would have to drive back to Durban whicj is 6 hours away.Please people be weary of this, and do not just book through Safari.Although Joanne the manager did take my call and explained her internal staff issues, I cannot except that as my issue. The customer is always right.This is a real poor reflection on safari and this establishment."

  "Love the location and service....... could improve on food maybe finding a chef, availablility of iron at the reception for guests and microwave for rooms especially for long stay guest.....other than that the establishment is GREAT"

  "We simply loved spending time at your luxurious resort. The scenery, the cleanliness of the chalets and friendly atmosphere made us feel very welcome. The only thing which could be improved is the gravel road to your resort. We enjoyed the meals we had at your restaurant which was not overpriced at all, but felt that you charged far too much for a bag of ice.Thank you again for a most enjoyable holiday spent at your resort.Rodney and Monica"

  "It's not often you go somewhere with a good expectation, only to be even more pleasantly surprised. That's exactly what happened to us<br/><br/>A beautiful venue with spacious grassy and very well shaded camping stands in prime position right in front of the river. <br/><br/>Everything was clean and in great working order. Bathrooms were clean, albeit a slight walk away. But what a pleasure and pleasant surprise."

  "We had such an amazing and relaxing time at Cremorne. The staff is very friendly and Brandon, Sharon and Chucky always make sure that their guests are given special attention each time offering us a scenic hike and the most delicious braai. I cannot flaw this lodge in any way. It is super clean and you can't leave without having their breakfast...yum!"

  "We had the most wonderful stay at Cremorne Estate, the new Fisherman's Cabins are very comfortable and cozy. The Manager Brandon and Sharon his partner are very friendly and get along very well with the guests. The staff are also very friendly and we received quality service."

  "We arrived later than we wanted due to the rain! So it was already dark and the rain poured down. However what a welcome and the place was very comfortable and the food was great.In the morning we woke to a view that was just great and a hint of blue sky but the rain returned during breakfast. So we left a wet Cremorne but a wonderful place."
