"The facilties was misleading on the ad.They have no braai and swim facilities as mentioned.The owner informed me that there is someone renting that space for a month and and that this is it permitted to occupy.I could not stay there as I was on holiday on this was unacceptable.she refunded me R500.00 and did pay R515.00. had to make alternative arrangements.I need a response from you asap."

"We loved the friendly people and the peaceful town. However, I booked a room with a bathroom, but when we got there we got a room with a communal bathroom. It also stated that breakfast is included, but when we arrived the lady said that breakfast is no longer included as she will not be able to manage so many people. Not what I expected."

"Beautiful setting; lovely view from the room. Spacious room and en-suite. Stained, non-fresh linen (an absolute no no!) and up-keeping not good. Does Safarinow do inspections? "

"I think the website is misleading and false advertising as the room did not have an En-Suite bathroom, the bathroom is outside of the room. The "king size" bed is 2 single beds squeezed together. Not happy at all!!!"
